Upon delivery, please inspect your product carefully. Any claims regarding defective merchandise or shipping errors must be reported within five days of receipt. Returns must be authorized and made within 30 days, subject to a minimum 28% restocking fee, except for out-of-box failures and warranty replacements.
For out-of-box failures covered by warranty, or if you receive an incorrect product, we'll issue a refund promptly without the restocking fee, within 7 to 10 days of receiving the device back. We cover shipping for warranty-related returns. For other returns, a 28% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is your responsibility.
Please note, returns beyond 30 days will not be refunded under any circumstances. All sales are final.
