REFUND POLICY
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for purchases made with TV Wall Mounters LLC (referred to as “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Custom and Overseas Orders
Custom orders or orders where the product is sourced from overseas for domestic delivery are not refundable. Customers are advised to ensure that the product details, specifications, and features meet their needs before placing an order, as these orders are created specifically based on customer requests and are not items we typically stock.
Delivery Times
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times for custom or overseas orders. We ask that customers provide us with a reasonable timeframe to ensure their order is processed, prepared, and shipped effectively. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as international shipping logistics or supplier issues.
Cancellation Policy for Custom and Overseas Orders
If a customer cancels an order that is in progress, being prepared, or already in transit to our location, no refund will be issued. This includes any product that has been specifically ordered or manufactured at the customer's request, as these items are not standard inventory and cannot be resold or repurposed.
General Return and Refund Policy
Upon delivery, customers must inspect the product immediately and report any defects or shipping errors within 5 days.
Returns are allowed only within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 28% restocking fee, unless the return is due to:
Refunds for warranty-related issues or incorrect products will be processed within 7 to 10 days of receiving the item back, and return shipping costs will be covered by us.
For non-warranty-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns beyond 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances, and all sales are considered final after this period.
Quality Assurance and Customer Responsibility

We currently do not provide services or sell products internationally, although some of our suppliers are in foreign countries.
