   Using a measuring tape, find the distance between your sitting area (couch, lounge, desk, etc.) and the wall where you plan to mount your TV. Enter this distance in feet and inches in the provided fields.

2. **Enter TV Size:**
   Input the size of your TV in inches. This ensures a more accurate recommendation tailored to your specific setup.

3. **Get Your Recommendation:**
   Click the 'Calculate' button, and our calculator will provide a suggested comfortable height to avoid neck strain. Keep in mind that this recommendation is based on the bottom of your TV.

4. **Note on TV Bottom:**
   The suggested height is based on the bottom position of your TV. Determine the center of your wall and then using the calculations from our beta calculator, mark where the bottom on the TV will land.  Our technician can assist you with this during the installation if needed.
